Confirmation: After completing the registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation letter via the email address you provided.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel the appointment, the prepayment of 20 EUR is non-refundable. This amount serves as compensation for booking a specific time that was allocated for you.
Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule the appointment while maintaining the prepayment. However, this can only be done once and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
