PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the provider and the buyer in accordance with:

Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1),
Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2),
GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679),
Recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international e-commerce codes.

Registration in the online store allows the purchase of goods and services. Data provided during registration and ordering are protected in accordance with ZVOP-2 and GDPR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the service provider and the buyer.

Buyer

The buyer may be a natural or legal person (SALONS, COSMETIC SALONS, CLINICS). Data provided during registration and order submission apply.

Natural person: a registered user acquiring or using goods and services for purposes outside their professional or business activity.

All prices include statutory VAT (22%). Published prices may change without prior notice on the website. Prices applicable are those at the time of order submission, except in the case of pricing errors beyond our control. In case of error, the buyer will be immediately informed via email or phone, and a mutually satisfactory solution will be sought. Product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee product properties.

Purchase Procedure

Shopping at the online store laserdoctor.center does not require registration. After adding products to the cart, the user is redirected to the cart page and then to checkout, where the order can be confirmed and submitted. All orders are manually processed and confirmed by the store operator. If a product is out of stock or the price changes, the buyer will be informed, and appropriate action will be taken. Product images are for informational purposes. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. The contract is considered concluded upon issuance of the invoice, not upon order submission.

The provider ensures the following information is available on the website:

Company identity (name, registered office, registration number),
Contact details for quick and effective communication (email, phone),
Essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
Product availability (each product or service offered should be available within a reasonable time),
Delivery conditions (method, place, and time of delivery),
Prices, clearly stated and indicating whether they include tax and shipping,
Payment and delivery methods,
Validity period of the offer,
Withdrawal period and conditions, including possible return costs,

Prices and Discounts

Prices are valid at the time of order submission and have no pre-set validity. Prices are updated regularly. In case of incorrect pricing or changes during order processing, the buyer may withdraw, and a mutually satisfactory solution will be offered. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Discount codes may be entered at checkout. During promotional periods, published website prices apply. Discounts cannot be combined.

Before a distance contract using electronic means binds the consumer to payment, the company clearly informs the consumer about mandatory information under Articles 18 and 130 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

Invoice Issuance

LAB4, Andrii Liubas s.p., sends the invoice in PDF format to the buyer’s email after delivery. For in-person pickup, a printed invoice is provided. Each order or shipment within an order receives a separate invoice with itemized prices, costs, and withdrawal rights.

Buyers must verify invoice data before order submission; later objections are not accepted.

Delivery

The provider must deliver goods or services within the promised timeframe and provide information on withdrawal rights, complaints, guarantees, and post-sale services. Delivery costs depend on order weight.

Delivery within Slovenia (up to 5 kg) costs €9.99 including VAT.

Consumer Protection

The online store operates in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and GDPR. Personal data provided in orders are protected indefinitely and used exclusively for order fulfillment and communication. Buyers may request access to their order via email or postal mail. Data are never shared with unauthorized persons or sold for marketing purposes.

Warranty Claims

If goods are non-compliant, the consumer can request:

Free repair or correction,
Price reduction proportionate to the non-compliance, or contract withdrawal with a refund.

Consumers can withhold payment until obligations are fulfilled. They are also entitled to reimbursement of costs arising from the warranty claim.

Language Use and Transparency

The provider ensures easy, direct, and continuous access to:

Contact data including email,
Registration or public record data,
Relevant licensing or professional body information,
VAT obligations and related information.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchange

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The notice is sent to laserdoctorcenter@gmail.com. Goods must be returned within 14 days, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

No withdrawal for goods made to customer specifications.

Warranty

Products have a warranty if indicated on the warranty card or invoice. Claims must be submitted with the invoice. If the defect is not remedied within 45 days, the buyer may request a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are covered by the sender unless agreed otherwise.

Complaints

Goods not matching the description or sent incorrectly may be returned after prior agreement. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Complaints and Disputes

The provider strives to resolve disputes amicably in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes. EU ODR platform link is provided on the website.

Returns for Legal Entities

ZVPot does not apply. Returns are allowed under warranty conditions.

Disclaimer

The provider strives to ensure up-to-date and accurate information, but product properties, prices, and delivery times may change. Buyers will be informed of changes and may withdraw or exchange orders.

GDPR and ZVOP-2 govern data protection. Data include name, address, email, personal ID, IP address, cookies, and other identifiers.
